Project History

We worked with the Upfitter team to understand their consumer and map out consumer journeys. This was a key driver in creating a website that met the needs of the Upfitter customer and provided users with an ideal online shopping experience.

Our ongoing CX support has helped Upfitter decrease their abandoned cart metrics by 5.51% from Dec 21-22' to Dec 22-23'. We have also helped to implement strategic ecommerce marketing automations that improve conversions.

We offer e-commerce support for Upfitter, an Australian-based online marketplace of accessories for vehicle fitment.

To build four marketplace websites that would segment and sell motor vehicle parts, allowing users to easily find vehicle parts for their car, using a system that filters parts according to the user’s car make and model.

Genomic Diagnostics (Healius)

About The Project

As the need for online transactions grew, we worked closely with Genomic Diagnostics to develop a BigCommerce-powered e-commerce system to sell genetic tests online to patients that can then be collected at one of their 2,000+ collection centres around Australia. 

The client wanted a system that allowed customers to select genomic testing products from their WordPress site and then go on to complete transactions in BigCommerce. The result is a platform that offers secure transactions and accessible online access to genetic testing kits.
